George Couros reflects on how much he loves speaking and working with various schools and how he feels that he is doing something that he is meant to do. When we can do something that we absolutely love, that is a gift. In this episode, George reflects on all of the great opportunities, and what sacrifices come with those opportunities. One of George Couros’ main takeaways from this episode was a story from Greg Bagby about his father and how he sees the world. We often talk about the idea of leading by example, but we can also talk about the idea of learning by example. Learning by example means that we demonstrate the learning process and the struggle but also show how we continuously move forward. This episode of The Innovator's Mindset Podcast with Greg Bagby is a great reminder to be the example of what we want to see in kids.
