Couros considers when criticism would be most beneficial using the example of publishing a book - is it better to be criticized before the book is released or after? This leads to a few powerful stories about why it is better to criticize ourselves before others get the chance. This episode shares not only ways to take criticism but to also give criticism in a productive way.
