In this solo podcast, George shares some of the things that he has learned to be grateful for today, that he struggled with in the past. Gratitude is beneficial to learning as shared by this quote from Lainie Rowell:

When we're grateful, our brains release dopamine and serotonin, those feel-good neurotransmitters that not only boost our mood but also help us focus and stay motivated. So, when we practice gratitude, we're literally training our brains to be more resilient and positive. In short, gratitude does more than just make us feel good in the moment. It shapes our brain in ways that enhance how we learn, making us more receptive, motivated, and resilient.
